EasySchool is a modular system that increases and improves educational methods, providing teachers flexibility in monitoring and assisting students in a way that the traditional hardware-based classroom system cannot provide.

Easy School Net software, unique in the world that ensures real time high quality audio and video broadcasting, even from external sources such as Video Recorders, DVD, TV, etc., through the use of the existing LAN, without getting it busy.

Easy School Net Professional 9.3 performs all the hardware network functions, through the only use of LAN, so it does not require other external hardware appliances to manage commands and uses the pre-existing data network, avoiding further additional installation costs and ensuring high audio/video performances.

The educational network Easy School Net® ensures the constant LAN quality , it does not involve more than 2% of it for each PC, even if the teacher performs external video sources such as DVD, VHS or TV.
The System provides also a classroom archive, for teachers and students. Every teacher could customize his classroom and give to the workstation the student's name or specify the belonging group.
Easy School Net can start or shut down students' PCs with a command; with the button “Save Attendance”, teacher can check who is present or not and save it in a file. Among the different functions an important one is the possibility to prepare tests in advance and send it to the single student, to some of them or the whole class. The students' answers can be saved and listed in: correct answers, and wrong ones, the percentage of correct and wrong answers for every student, for later review and marking.

Video Functions:

Possibility to display the control panel on a single or double monitor ( this device enables teacher to go on with his work and meanwhile keep watching on what is happening on student workstations).

Display Teacher screen function
Display the tutor's screen on students' screens using Local Area Network to provide real time training (allowing tutor to broadcast video or animation, to a single student or the whole class). While the tutor is doing a lesson he can display is screen to the student's monitor, tutor or student can use the zoom device.

Interactive whiteboard function It captures free-hand writing on your PC in real time, using any paper up to A4 format.
Easy pen displays notes, reminders, drawings on the PC students, all the data can be printed and saved for future purposes through LAN or internet.

Audio Functions:
Teacher Voice and Audio
Tutor can broadcast in real time his voice or whatever audio sources, with high stereophonic quality without gaps or delays, to a single student, selected students or to the whole class.
Student Voice and Audio
Tutor can enable the student to broadcast his/her voice or whatever audio source to selected classmates or to the whole class, in real time. Teacher can listen to the students' conversation.
Group Conversation (everybody talks with everybody)
Teacher can split students in different groups ( up to 11 students) to talk simultaneously with the whole class or selected groups. Everybody has a chat tool, where they can write documents.

Teacher can join the different conversations in the class whenever he wants and save the content of a conversation

Multimedia Language Laboratory

Multimedia educational network can be integrated with 4 modules in order to satisfy the increasing requests of schools and get better educational methods.
Language Module:
The digital Language laboratory replaces the traditional language laboratory, which uses common recorders or other kind of hardware devices; the tutor can use the “Teach-On Demand” function to record or start master track, in real time, open multimedia files for students and broadcast it to them (just broadcasting the audio signal). This method allows to learn languages in AAC way (international standard for learning languages). Students are enabled to listen again to the audio broadcasted and to record their performance by their own, with commands on the digital recorder interface.

E-learning and Video Conferencing Module
It is a software of E-learning and Video Conferencing which enhances Easy School Net software, allowing to teach and as well as organize meeting for people far from each other. Communication and multimedia interactivity are ensured by Local Area Network or geographic Network. There is no need to be in the same place, the video conferencing tool enables companies, which have different quarters all over the world, to organize important meetings and allow everybody to be part of it and participate in real time. With this module the geographical distances disappear, you can attend
language courses, sitting comfortably at home.
